The Prakasam Yuva Saathi Mission (PYSM), coordinated by the District Administration of Prakasam, Government of Andhra Pradesh, values the fundamental rights, confidentiality, and architectural data privacy of students across educational ecosystems.

1. Core Information Gathering Metrics

We log minimal administrative credentials necessary to formalize programmatic coverage:

• Institutional Registration: School/College ID codes, teacher profiles, assigned mentors, and aggregate headcount trackers.
• Anonymized Analytics: Metrics reflecting aggregate attendance and general session modules to generate quality reports for evaluation.

2. Total Psychological Safe-Guard Clause

Personal disclosures made by students inside horizontal Peer Circles or Mitra Talks are structurally exempt from standard data archival channels. No operational records of private group disclosures are preserved digitally, ensuring absolute psychological safety.

3. Third-Party Sharing Rules

We do not commercialize, distribute, or exchange portal diagnostic profiles with private agencies. Anonymized reports are limited exclusively to accredited research partners (e.g., UNICEF, NIMHANS) strictly for scaling system quality metrics.

4. Institutional Safeguarding Escalations

When explicit disclosures reveal imminent threats to child health, personal protection, or structural well-being, the Master SOP grants designated Mentor Teachers the authority to escalate details securely to Child Protection Units (DCPU) or Welfare lines.
